Fresno County is located near the center of California's San Joaquin Valley and is the most productive agricultural county in America. The blossom season begins in February and runs through March. Almond, plum, and citrus (orange, lemon) blossoms have white petals; apricot blossoms have pink petals; peach and nectarine blossoms feature pink to red petals.
